A 16″ five strand, multi-gem 24K gold vermeil necklace with natural stones, by Prehistoric Works.  The round and marquise-shaped beads are accented by genuine gemstone beads, including:  garnet, emerald, turquoise, sapphire, coral, pearl, and others.  Vermeil is a heavy gold plating on sterling silver.  Each strand of sterling silver is coated by a luxurious layer of solid 24K gold and fastened with a hook-and-eye clasp.  All hand made.
